WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

Our minimum order is just 10 badges per order. For creating your own custom school badge designs our minimum order is 25 badges. You’ll find that our prices are very competitive. However, if you do find anywhere cheaper than us and can disclose who by and how much, please give us a call – we would be happy to look at our prices to beat the competition.


HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

The on-line ordering system is very straight-forward and easy to navigate and of course you can shop 24/7.  Just choose your badges, select the colours, confirm quantity and pay using a credit or debit card via our secure system or select SCHOOL PURCHASE ORDER at checkout and we will send the badges with our invoice.  

We accept Visa Debit/Visa Electron/Visa/ Mastercard.

Alternatively, please call us on 0845 299 6301.  We would be very happy to talk to you and go through your order personally, during normal office hours.


WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I’VE ORDERED & PAID?

We will send you an automatic email to confirm receipt of your order.


SO HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

We hold a large range of stock so most orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. If we are out of stock then we will order in new badges for you which will take between 2 to 3 weeks. 

Create your own badges will take 2-3 weeks for delivery. 

 

HOW IS MY ORDER SENT?

Smaller orders are sent out by Royal Mail as standard.

Larger orders are sent out using next day couriers.
